A complete range of damp proof course (DPC) products are available for use in property restoration and new builds. Our chemical DPC systems are suitable for use in accordance with BS6576 and all pressure injection DPC systems are approved by the BBA.
Products Included:
- The Lectros Electro Osmosis Damp Proofing System introduces a very small and perfectly safe electric current into the wall just above ground level through a series of titanium anodes inserted into the brickwork.
- Ultracure is a BBA approved unique silicone emulsion cream for injection into brickwork to control rising dampness. Ultracure can be used in all types of masonry without the use of high pressure equipment. BBA approved.

Mircotech PIF is suitable for use by pressure injection for the control of rising damp in masonry above ground level. All treatments should be in accordance with BS 6576 : 1985 (Code of Practice for the Installation of Chemical Damp Proof Courses).

Injection Mortar a chemical damp-proof course in walls above ground level.
- Waterproofers and additives include Brunolene PS, Brunopel IWP and Wykamol Integral Waterproofer No. 2, an additive based on an alkaline soap mixed fatty acids, designed for use in sand/cement mixes following the insertion of a chemical DPC and in other waterproofing applications.
- Tanking products for basements and walls below ground level include No More Damp Tanking Slurry, Aquastop, Hydradry and Hydraplug, Wykamol fillet seal, renovating plaster and SBR latex.

CM3 Cavity Drain Mesh Membrane - BRAND NEW - 1.2 m x 20 m mesh membrane ideal for replastering after knocking off 1.2 m of plaster for completion of a damp-proof course. CM3 Mesh Membrane is a studded membrane to prevent the penetration of water through walls, with a polypropylene mesh on the reverse to allow for application of an array of finishes.
