Brass Swing Check Valves

Brass swing check valves are designed to allow flow in one direction and close automatically to help reduce backflow in suitable pipework systems. The swing disc design supports low restriction flow, with the disc closing when flow stops or reverses.

These valves are supplied with female BSP threaded connections for straightforward installation into compatible pipework. A metal seat and disc arrangement provides a robust sealing interface for general plumbing, pump, and process applications where a swing check valve is specified.

How It Works

A swing check valve uses an internal disc that opens under forward flow and swings shut when flow stops or reverses. This helps to reduce reverse movement in the line and supports one-way flow protection where required.
