Shipping Policy – Clever Shield Limited
We aim to dispatch and deliver all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible across mainland UK. Please review the information below to understand our delivery services and responsibilities.
📦 Standard Delivery (Mainland UK)
Cost: From £7.99 (inc. VAT).
Delivery Time: 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Free Delivery: Available on qualifying orders and selected products. Eligibility depends on the size, weight and type of products ordered.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing prior to dispatch.
⚡ Next Day Delivery
Cost: £14.99 – £24.99 (inc. VAT)
Delivery Time: Next working day from dispatch
Order Cut-off: 12pm, Monday–Friday
Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Important: Next working day delivery is a non-guaranteed service provided by third-party couriers and is subject to their operational performance.
🏗️ Heavy or Bulk Deliveries (Pallet Service)
Some heavy or oversized items (including but not limited to membranes and coatings) require pallet delivery.
Pallet delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on total order weight and product type:
- Up to approx. 750 kg / £747.40 order value: £60 (inc. VAT)
- Over approx. 787 kg / £787.41 order value: £120 (inc. VAT)
Pallet deliveries are kerbside only and may require a signature upon delivery.
📝 Additional Delivery Information
- Delivery is available to mainland UK only.
- We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery times are estimates and begin once goods have been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s performance. While we work with large, reputable UK carriers, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including traffic conditions, adverse weather, peak demand periods, or operational issues.
Clever Shield Limited cannot be held liable for courier delays, missed delivery windows, or consequential losses arising from delayed delivery. However, we will assist customers where possible in investigating and resolving delivery issues with the courier.
Any refund of delivery charges offered is made at our discretion as a goodwill gesture and does not constitute an admission of liability.
📦 Delivery Inspection & Claims
Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.
If goods appear damaged, this must be clearly noted as “DAMAGED” on the courier’s delivery documentation before signing.
Any damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
