The Newton NEX is a highly advanced duplex pump control panel engineered for precision, reliability, and intelligent water management. Ideal for both foul water and surface/groundwater applications, the NEX series offers two model variations:

• NEX-F – Optimized for foul water pumping operations.

• NEX-CDM – Designed specifically for Newton CDM Systems in surface and groundwater installations, with dedicated mains and inverter power supplies.

At the core of the NEX system is a sophisticated Machine Learning algorithm that actively learns and adapts to normal pump behaviors. By monitoring tank fill and discharge cycles, the NEX anticipates faults before they become failures, triggering alarms for performance drops caused by clogging, impeller wear, or dry run conditions. This proactive protection significantly reduces maintenance and ensures long-term reliability.

The system supports dual 230V AC pumps with up to 12.5A rated current and includes a range of intelligent features, such as:

• Automatic weekly pump test cycles to prevent clogging or seizure

• High-level alarms and automatic pump switching upon fault detection

• Multiple control modes with intuitive diagnostics

• Visual 360° alarm beacon for clear status indication

• Protection against short circuit, over-temperature, and overload

Housed in a rugged IP65-rated polycarbonate enclosure and flame-retardant to UL94 5VA, the NEX panel is suitable for demanding environments in both residential and commercial settings.
