Aquapol is a high-performance acrylic-based roof coating reinforced with integral fibres and designed as a single-coat waterproofing system. It is suitable for the repair, refurbishment and protection of failed or ageing industrial and domestic roofs.
The formulation provides instant waterproofing upon application, strong weather resistance and the ability to bridge small cracks and gaps. This makes Aquapol particularly suitable for emergency repairs as well as long-term roof protection.

Application Overview

Surface preparation:
- Remove moss, lichen, loose coatings and debris.
- Ensure standing water is removed (damp surfaces are acceptable).
- Highly porous or friable substrates may require a compatible bitumen primer.
- Carry out adhesion testing prior to full application.

Mixing and application:
- Stir thoroughly before use.
- Apply directly from the container using a brush or roller.
- Ensure all cracks, laps and joints are fully sealed.
- Apply in a single coat at approximately 1–2 kg per m², depending on surface condition.

- Resistant to rain immediately after application.
- Full cure typically achieved within 2–3 days, depending on thickness and ambient conditions.
