Now operating in over 40 countries around the world, its new partnership with Newton identifies and establishes the leading independent waterproofing supplier as the exclusive distributor of Collomix’s advanced mixing equipment in the UK. The product range includes a variety of Collomix’s hand-held mixers, stirrers and mixing buckets, as well as the Collomix cleaning bucket, mixing stand and transport cart.

Collomix Hand-Mixers

Newton’s chosen Collomix hand-mixers fully demonstrate their top ranking ergonomics, performance and design. By providing a higher standing position for safer, upright mixing, and ergonomically shaped shell-type handles, they conserve your strength for fatigue-free work. The long-lasting and reliable motor and transmission components also underscore their excellent operating efficiency.

Collomix Xo 1

With an output of 1,010 watts, the Xo 1 is the compact and lightweight mixing option, suitable for a variety of mixing tasks, and quantities of up to 40 litres. The Xo 1 can also be fitted with either the WK, KR or DLX stirrer options, making it adaptable to the mixing specifications of a wide variety of Newton products.

Collomix Xo 4

Similar to the Xo 1, the versatile Xo 4 mixer provides additional benefits as a more powerful, two-speed mixing option, with its 1300 watt rating also making it suitable for higher viscosity materials and quantities of up to 65 litres.
The Xo 4 mixer can also be fitted with any of the WK, KR or DLX stirrer options.

Collomix Xo 55 duo

With counter-rotating MKD stirrers, this powerful, 1,450 watt forced-action mixer provides intensive, fast and thorough mixing of quantities of up to 90 litres.
Despite its power, the ergonomic design enables easy handling, and minimises the amount of torque reaching the operator.

Collomix Stirrers

DLX stirrer

Compatible with the Xo 1 and Xo 4 mixers, the DLX stirrer is ideal for the powdery and semi-liquid mixes within Newton’s System 100 Liquid Waterproofing Membranes, including Newton 103-S and Newton 107F.

KR stirrer

Also compatible with the Xo 1 and Xo 4 mixers, the KR stirrer, like the DLX, is suitable for the powdery and semi-liquid mixes of Newton 103-S and Newton 107F.
However, thanks to its higher shear forces, the KR is also well-suited to the more paste-like mixes within System 100.

WK stirrer

Better suited to powdery and ductile mixes that are heavier and more compact in nature, when used with the Xo 1 or Xo 4 mixers, the WK stirrer is perfect for Newton System 200 High Build Cement Mortars, for example, Newton 203-RM rapid set and high strength repair mortar.

MKD duo stirrer

Used exclusively in conjunction with the Xo 55 duo hand-mixer, the interchangeable, counter-rotating, forced-action MKD stirrers provide complete control over the mixing action, and sufficient power to mix any and all viscosities of Newton product in large volumes.

Hexafix Fast Coupling

Especially designed for Collomix mixers and stirrers, the Hexafix fast coupling provides incredibly quick and easy changes on-site between any of the DLX, KR, WK, and MKD duo stirrers, without the need for tools.
The Hexafix Fast Coupling is available to order with any of the Collomix hand-mixers available from Newton

M14 to M14 Adaptor

Also available with any of the Collomix hand-mixers from Newton, the M14 to M14 adaptor allows operators to alter the mixers to any standard stirrer, making Newton’s Collomix equipment versatile to any mixing requirement.

RMX Mixing Stand

For mixing large quantities of any Newton product, without expending equally large amounts of effort, the RMX mixing stand holds any of the Xo 1, Xo 4 or Xo 55 duo mixers.
The pneumatically assisted stand relieves the operator of the negative effects of the weight and torque of the machinery, whilst providing height adjustability and complete mobility in all directions.

Mixing Bucket

Selecting the right size of bucket for the task can be a key factor in ensuring that minimal air is introduced into the mix. Depending on the size of the job, Collomix mixing buckets are available from Newton with capacities of 30, 65, and 90 litres.
Collomix buckets are manufactured from high-strength, hard-wearing polyethylene, whilst the 65 and 90 litre sizes also fit the handy Collomix Transport Cart.

Transport Cart

With interchangeable arms available to fit either the 65 or 90 litre mixing buckets, the Collomix Transport Cart removes the effort and danger of handling heavy buckets of mixed material, also making it possible to mix, transport and pour larger volumes than would otherwise be possible.
Pneumatic tyres and locking arms ensure that buckets remain completely stable, and also allow the cart to be used in conjunction with the RMX Mixing Stand and any of the Collomix hand-mixer options.

Mixer Clean

Comprising of a robust 30 litre bucket with carrier handle, solid metal cover plate, and integrated brushes inside, the Mixer Clean makes the cleaning of stirrers on-site simple, fast, and easy.
Compatible with any Collomix or standard-issue stirrers, thorough cleaning takes seconds, not minutes, therefore saving valuable time and manpower, and prolonging the life of your equipment.
