Lead Flashing Sealant Coating is a low modulus, neutral cure silicone sealant designed for sealing lead flashing, roofing joints and weather-exposed construction details. Formulated to create a watertight and permanently flexible seal, it eliminates the need for traditional grouting while providing long-term weather protection.
Compatible with all common types of lead, including milled, rolled, sand cast and water-cooled lead manufactured to BS EN 12588 standards, the sealant also adheres to a wide range of building materials including metals, brickwork, concrete, stone and roofing tiles.
Its lead grey finish blends naturally with lead flashing installations, while the non-corrosive formulation provides excellent UV and weather resistance for long-lasting exterior performance.
