SikaProof® Tape-150 A is a high-performance self-adhesive joint sealing tape designed for use with the SikaProof A waterproofing membrane system. Manufactured with a durable polyacrylate adhesive and fully bonded waterproofing technology, it creates a secure internal seal across membrane overlaps, joints and detailing areas, helping to prevent water tracking and maintain the integrity of the waterproofing system.

Specifically developed for below-ground waterproofing applications, SikaProof Tape-150 A bonds directly to the fleece side of SikaProof A membranes, forming a continuous waterproof barrier that becomes fully bonded to the concrete once cast. Its excellent adhesion, even in cool or slightly damp conditions, makes installation quick, reliable and consistent on site.

Suitable for basements, lift pits, tunnels, retaining walls and other below-ground concrete structures, SikaProof Tape-150 A forms an essential component of the SikaProof A waterproofing system, providing dependable sealing performance for construction joints and membrane connections.

Can it be installed in damp conditions?

Yes. It provides excellent adhesion in cool and slightly damp conditions, provided the substrate is clean and free from contaminants.

Is the tape UV resistant?

The tape is intended for below-ground waterproofing applications and should not be left exposed for extended periods before concrete placement.
