Roof and Insulation Expanding Foam Genius Gun is a moisture-curing polyurethane expanding foam specifically developed for filling, sealing and insulating gaps around roofing and insulation materials. It provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of construction substrates, including roof tiles, slates, fibre-cement sheeting, PIR insulation boards, EPS insulation boards, aluminium and timber.
Designed for roofing, insulation and general gap-filling applications, the cured foam delivers excellent thermal and acoustic insulation performance while offering resistance to water, heat and ageing. Once fully cured, it can be cut, sanded, plastered and painted to achieve a professional finish.
Featuring the patented Genius Gun® applicator, the foam offers precise single-handed operation and can be reused for up to 6 weeks after first use when correctly sealed.
