Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes — next-day delivery is available on most products.
Orders must be placed before the cut-off time.
How much is standard delivery?
Standard mainland UK delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout. Orders over the free-delivery threshold (if applicable) will display free delivery automatically.
Do you deliver pallets or heavy items?
Some heavy or oversized items ship by pallet. Pallet charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight or product type. Pallet deliveries are kerbside unless otherwise pre-arranged.

What if my order arrives damaged?
