The Dual V3 Pump Station is a packaged twin-pump groundwater management system designed for basements, cellars and below-ground structures. Supplied by Clever Shield as an approved UK distributor, this system provides increased pumping capacity and built-in redundancy, making it ideal for projects where reliability and long-term performance are critical.

Engineered for use within Type C cavity drain waterproofing systems, the Dual V3 efficiently collects groundwater from perimeter drainage channels and discharges it safely away from the structure. The twin pump configuration ensures continued operation in the event of a pump failure, offering enhanced protection in areas with high water tables or elevated groundwater risk.

Overview

The pump chamber is manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), providing excellent resistance to hydrostatic pressure and long-term durability in demanding below-ground environments. The unit is supplied as a complete, ready-to-install package, including the chamber, all internal pipework and two powerful V3 pumps.

The Dual V3 is designed for installation by competent contractors with appropriate building, plumbing and electrical experience and integrates seamlessly with cavity drain membranes and perimeter channel drainage systems.

Typical Applications

The Dual V3 Pump Station is suitable for:

• Residential and light commercial basements up to approximately 150m²

• Collection of groundwater from cavity drain membrane systems

• Lightwell and external drainage applications

• Projects requiring increased pumping capacity or system redundancy

This pump station is intended for groundwater only. It is not suitable for grey water or foul water from showers, basins or WCs. For these applications, a dedicated foul water pump station should be specified.
