Double Coat Pro-Reflect is an elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane reinforced with microfibres and a high aluminium content. This formulation provides strong UV resistance, waterproofing performance and corrosion protection, making it suitable for roofs and exposed metal structures.
Designed for demanding environments, Double Coat Pro-Reflect is well suited to industrial facilities, warehouses and commercial buildings where durability and reflectivity are essential.

Application Overview

Surface preparation:
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, loose material, algae or fungal growth.
- Treat contaminated surfaces with a fungicidal wash if required.
- Allow newly applied coatings to weather for at least 2 weeks before application.

Mixing & application:
- Stir thoroughly before use.
- Apply by brush or spray.
- Avoid application in wet weather or when rain is expected.

- Approximately 1–2 m² per litre per coat, depending on substrate condition.
- In many cases, one coat is sufficient on well-prepared surfaces.
- Drying time: typically 1–2 hours, depending on conditions.

- Do not apply to glass, roof lights or translucent sheets, as this may create a hidden hazard.

- Shelf life: 12 months in sealed containers when stored in cool, dry conditions.
