Double Coat Pro-Reflect is an elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane, reinforced with microfibres and a high aluminium content, providing exceptional UV resistance, waterproofing, and corrosion protection. Designed for roofs and exposed metal structures, this durable coating is highly recommended for industrial facilities and warehouses.

Application Guidelines:

1. Surface Preparation:
   • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, loose debris, algae, or fungal growth.
   • Treat surfaces with a fungicidal wash if necessary.
   • Newly applied coatings should weather for at least 2 weeks before application.
2. Mixing & Application:
   • Stir thoroughly before use to ensure even distribution.
   • Apply by brush or spray for optimal coverage.
   • Avoid application in wet weather or when rain is expected.
3. Coverage:
   • 1-2 m² per litre per coat, depending on surface condition.
   • Typically, one layer is sufficient on well-prepared surfaces.
4. Drying Time:
   • 1-2 hours under most weather conditions.
5. Precautions:
   • Do not apply on glass, roof lights, or translucent sheets as it may create a hidden hazard.

Packaging & Storage:

• Available in: 25L single pack (5L available on request).
• Shelf Life: 12 months in sealed containers when stored in cool, dry conditions.
• Colour: Silver.
• Important: Stir well before use, especially after prolonged storage. Avoid contamination with water.
