Fire Silicone B1 FR is a highly elastic, neutral cure silicone sealant developed for passive fire protection systems where fire resistance, flexibility and long-term durability are required. Designed to help prevent the passage of smoke and gases through joints, it provides fire resistance of up to 4 hours in approved joint configurations tested to EN 1366-4.
The low modulus formulation remains permanently elastic after curing, allowing it to accommodate movement while maintaining the integrity of fire-rated joints. Suitable for both internal and external applications, the sealant offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of construction materials and provides long-term resistance to UV exposure and weathering.
