Fosroc Proofex 3000 Waterproofing & Radon Barrier Membrane
Fosroc Proofex 3000 is a high-performance self-adhesive waterproofing membrane designed to provide long-term protection for basements, foundations and below-ground structures. Combining a cross-laminated HDPE carrier film with a polymer-modified bitumen adhesive layer, it creates a robust barrier against water ingress, water vapour, radon gas and aggressive ground contaminants.
Designed in accordance with BS 8102:2022 Type A waterproofing systems, Proofex 3000 offers reliable protection for concrete structures exposed to groundwater, soluble sulphates and chlorides. Its self-adhesive application system allows for fast, simple installation while maintaining excellent waterproofing performance and long-term durability.
With independently certified BBA approval and a design life expectancy of up to 125 years, Proofex 3000 is trusted throughout the construction industry for waterproofing basements, retaining walls, lift pits, tunnels and below-ground concrete structures.
