BETEC® FLEX Flexible Cementitious Waterproofing System (Part A & Part B)
BETEC® FLEX is a premium two-component flexible cementitious waterproofing system designed to protect new and existing concrete and masonry structures against both positive and negative water pressure. Supplied as a complete kit containing Part A liquid polymer (9kg) and Part B cementitious powder (23kg), the system creates a permanently flexible, crack-bridging waterproof membrane with outstanding adhesion and long-term durability.
Suitable for both internal and external applications, BETEC® FLEX is ideal for waterproofing basements, lift pits, concrete tanks, reservoirs, tunnels, retaining walls and planter boxes. Its advanced formulation allows application to damp substrates and provides excellent resistance to water penetration while remaining vapour permeable, UV resistant and capable of accommodating structural movement. Fully compliant with EN 1504-2, BETEC® FLEX delivers a reliable waterproof barrier for demanding structural waterproofing projects.
