How to Apply Liquid Metal Epoxy
- Surface Preparation – Remove paint, rust, and grime, then roughen the surface using grit blasting or grinding.
- Mixing – Pour the hardener into the resin container and mix until fully blended.

Application –
- Brush onto surfaces in 0.5-1.0mm thick layers.
- Apply at least two coats for a pinhole-free protective layer.
- Recoat time: 5-8 hours.
- Full cure: 24 hours after the final coat.
- For Composite Repairs – Apply SylWrap HD Pipe Repair Bandage over tacky Liquid Metal for extra reinforcement.
💡 For high-temperature protection exceeding 150°C, use Titanium Supergrade HT Epoxy Paste.
