MAPEGROUT T40 – Medium Strength Thixotropic Mortar for Concrete Repair

MAPEGROUT T40 is a medium-strength (40 MPa), thixotropic mortar designed for the repair of concrete surfaces. Ideal for use in areas such as balconies, corners of columns and beams, and other damaged concrete structures, it is also highly recommended for repair work in tunnels, canals, and waterworks. Additionally, MAPEGROUT T40 is suitable for repairs on surfaces permanently in contact with drinking water.

When mixed with about 16% water, MAPEGROUT T40 forms a highly workable mortar with thixotropic consistency, making it easy to apply on vertical surfaces without the need for shuttering. It can be applied by trowel, float, or plaster sprayer on damp supports that are solid, free of loose sections, and have been pre-saturated with water.

Applications:

• Repair of damaged concrete on balconies, columns, beams, and more.

• Repair of tunnels, canals, and water works.

• Suitable for surfaces in permanent contact with drinking water.
