NewSeal 420 DeckDrain is a high-performance drainage and water-retention membrane, designed for extensive green roofs featuring sedum, moss, herbaceous plants, or grass. Its unique bonded geotextile ensures maximum water retention while preventing soil intrusion into the water-holding cups, providing a larger and more effective water reservoir than other 20mm-deep membranes.
When the reservoir is full, the large drainage holes allow excess water to flow freely, preventing saturation and waterlogging.
