Newton CDM 503 Mesh is a BBA-certified, high-quality 3mm meshed cavity drain membrane designed for internal waterproofing within the Newton CDM System. This system also integrates drainage and pumping solutions for effective below-ground moisture control. The strong polyethylene mesh is thermally welded to the membrane surface, creating an excellent key for plasters and renders, making it ideal for earth-retained walls and vaulted soffits.
Backed by a 30-year warranty and a life expectancy matching the structure’s design life (DIN 9001:2000), CDM 503 Mesh is engineered for durability and performance. It is resistant to water, alkalis, saline solutions, organic acids, bacteria, fungi, and hydrocarbons, ensuring long-term reliability in damp or aggressive environments.
