Newton CDM BaseDrain & FloorDrain – Perimeter Drainage System
Newton CDM BaseDrain and FloorDrain are essential components of the Newton CDM System (System 500), designed to manage water ingress in below-ground structures. These drainage conduits collect water from structural weaknesses and direct it to a Newton Basement Pumping System or safe drainage outlet, ensuring a dry and protected environment.
The BaseDrain system is installed around the perimeter of the retaining walls, while FloorDrain collects water at floor-level joints and door thresholds.
