Metal Construction Joint Waterbar – HydroTank 301-EP

HydroTank 301-EP Metal Waterbar is a high-performance, coated metal waterbar system designed for sealing kickerless construction joints in earth-retained concrete structures. Featuring an adhesive reactive polymer coating, it forms a permanent watertight seal immediately upon installation, eliminating the need for swelling as required by hydrophilic waterbars.

Installation is quick and efficient, with the waterbar secured to reinforcement steel using special clips. Once concrete is placed, HydroTank 301-EP is fully embedded within the adjoining elements, ensuring complete waterproofing by blocking water passage through the joint.

Unlike conventional waterbars, HydroTank 301-EP does not require fixing to one of the concrete elements, making the formation of a kicker unnecessary. For walls formed above a kicker joint, use Newton 315 Polymer Waterbar.
