ITP ULTRAPERM® Max Breathable Roofing Membrane
ITP ULTRAPERM® Max is the highest specification breathable roofing membrane in the ULTRAPERM® range, engineered for demanding pitched roof and timber frame wall applications. Manufactured as a composite membrane with a microporous film laminated between two functional non-woven fabrics, it provides exceptional water vapour permeability while delivering outstanding protection against wind-driven rain and external moisture. Fully compliant with BS 5534, ULTRAPERM® Max helps minimise the risk of interstitial condensation while providing long-lasting protection for modern roof structures.
With a heavier 155gsm construction, ULTRAPERM® Max offers the highest mechanical strength within the range, making it ideal for exposed locations and high wind zones. It achieves the highest W1 watertightness classification, features an Sd value of just 0.02m for excellent breathability, and is BBA Certified and Fire Classification Class E. Manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality management system, it provides reliable performance for residential, commercial and timber frame construction projects throughout the UK.
