RIW Sheetseal 9000 DPC is a premium polymeric damp proof course designed to prevent rising damp and moisture penetration within masonry construction. Manufactured from a high-performance polymer, it provides a durable, puncture-resistant moisture barrier without the use of bitumen, tar or pitch. Suitable for use as both a horizontal damp proof course and cavity tray, Sheetseal 9000 DPC offers outstanding long-term protection in residential, commercial and multi-storey buildings.
Its flexible construction allows for quick installation while maintaining excellent mortar bond strength and resistance to compression. Unlike traditional bitumen DPCs, Sheetseal 9000 remains stable in extreme temperatures and will not bleed, exude or deform under normal building loads. Available in a wide range of widths, it provides an effective moisture barrier for new-build and refurbishment projects requiring reliable damp proofing.
