Soudaflex 20LM is a low modulus polyurethane façade sealant developed for sealing high movement joints in construction and building envelope applications. Designed to remain permanently elastic after curing, it provides long-lasting flexibility and excellent adhesion to a wide range of construction materials.
Specially formulated for concrete applications, Soudaflex 20LM is ideal for expansion joints, façade joints and perimeter sealing around window and door frames. Its low modulus properties allow the sealant to accommodate significant movement while maintaining a durable weather-resistant seal.
The sealant also offers excellent resistance to many chemicals and can be painted with certain compatible paint systems once fully cured.
