Soudatherm Roof Adhesive Kit – Fast, Efficient PU Foam Bonding for Insulation Boards

The Soudatherm 250 Roof Adhesive Kit is an all-in-one solution for bonding roofing insulation panels quickly and securely. Each kit includes 5 x 800ml Soudatherm 250 canisters, 1 x Soudafoam 500ml Cleaner, and 1 x Compact PU Foam Applicator Gun – ideal for smaller roof areas or rapid on-site installation.

Soudatherm 250 is a high-performance polyurethane adhesive foam designed for bonding PIR, PUR, EPS, XPS, mineral wool and more, directly onto a wide variety of roofing substrates. With up to 14m² coverage per can, it dramatically speeds up installation compared to mechanical fixings or traditional adhesives.

Recommended Use

Perfect for bonding insulation such as PIR, PUR, EPS, XPS, phenolic foam or mineral wool onto:

• Bituminous felt

• Steel or timber decks

• Vapour control layers

• Existing insulation layers (multi-layer build-up)

• PVC and hard plastic membranes (check compatibility)

Application Advice

• Shake can vigorously before use (30+ times)

• Apply 30mm beads using the gun's adjustable setting

• Use at least 4 beads/m², or more in corners and edges

• Insulation must be pressed into place within 8 minutes

• Allow 30 minutes before overlaying with waterproof membranes

For best results, always follow regional wind load standards per EN 1991-1-4 when determining bead quantity and spacing.
