Soudatherm SFI 600P is a professional polyurethane foam designed for filling, sealing and strengthening cavities between glazing units and window frames. Developed for structural frame insulation applications, it enhances airtightness, thermal performance and mechanical stability in modern window and door systems. It is compatible with aluminium, PVCu, timber and composite frame constructions, as well as most insulating glass unit (IGU) sealants.
The low-expansion foam provides controlled application and excellent insulation performance, helping to improve window Uf-values while reducing air leakage and enhancing acoustic insulation. Applied using an adjustable gun system, it offers fast curing with skin formation in approximately 10 minutes and full cure after 24 hours.
