These high-strength stainless steel reinforcement bars, combined with non-shrink, thixotropic grout, restore and maintain the structural integrity of lintels, bed joints, and cracked walls.

Installation Guide

Cut the Mortar Joint – Extend at least 500mm beyond the crack using a disc cutter.

Clean & Flush the Slot – Remove debris and flush thoroughly with water.

Determine Vertical Spacing – Position reinforcement every 4–6 brick courses (300–450mm apart).

Set Depth of Slot

Single cavity wall: 25mm depth

Solid wall: 45mm depth

Inject Super Grout – Apply using the Clever Shield Grout Injection Gun.

Insert the Bar – Push the Clever Shield Super Spiro Bar into the grout, ensuring full embedment.

Fill & Finish – Add more Super Grout, leaving 10–15mm from the face, then repoint the mortar bed.

Reinforce Corners & Openings – For cracks within 500mm of an external corner, bend the bar around the corner and bond into the return wall for extra strength.
