TECNOMESH 100 – Fibreglass Reinforcement Mesh

Description

TECNOMESH 100 is a lightweight fibreglass reinforcement mesh used to reinforce liquid-applied polyurethane and polyurea waterproofing membranes. When embedded into the membrane, it improves mechanical strength and helps distribute stresses in joints, transitions, and irregular substrates.

TECNOBAND 100 – Self-Adhesive Butyl Sealing & Reinforcement Band

TECNOBAND 100 is a self-adhesive butyl sealing and reinforcement band with a viscous-elastic core and non-woven backing. It is designed for use in joints, overlaps, and complex detail areas. When used in combination with liquid-applied polyurethane or polyurea membranes, it provides reinforcement and watertight sealing in detail zones.

Installation Notes

• Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or loose material

• Apply the first coat of liquid membrane

• Embed TECNOMESH 100, TECNOBAND 100, or TECNOBAND 200 into the wet membrane

• Smooth and fully saturate the reinforcement to remove air bubbles

• Apply subsequent membrane coats as specified

• Use TECNOBAND 200 for expansion or high-movement structural joints
