Thermaguard™ TC 1200 – Ultra High-Temperature Colour Stable Polysiloxane Topcoat

Thermaguard™ TC 1200 is a single-component, ambient-curing polysiloxane topcoat formulated for exceptional performance in extreme heat and UV-exposed environments. With thermal colour stability from -196°C to +650°C, TC 1200 is ideal for safety marking and aesthetic finishing of high-temperature process equipment.

Its completely inorganic chemistry ensures outstanding resistance to UV degradation and thermal cycling. TC 1200 is available in a wide range of safety colours, RAL shades, and custom-matched colours, making it suitable for visually critical and regulated environments.

Designed to be applied over Thermaguard™ SAL 600 or approved inorganic zinc primers, TC 1200 forms part of a complete high-performance, heat-resistant coating system.
