Topcem is a special fast-drying hydraulic binder designed to produce bonded, unbonded, or floating screeds, including those with underfloor heating. Ideal for both interior and exterior applications, Topcem allows ceramic and porcelain tile installation after just 24 hours, and natural stone installation in as little as 2 days.
When mixed with suitable aggregates and water, it delivers rapid strength development, excellent workability, and a stable, durable screed surface—perfect for fast-track construction projects.
