ULTRAFLEX® – BBA-Certified High-Performance Liquid Waterproofing

ULTRAFLEX® is a cold-applied, single-component polyurethane liquid waterproofing membrane designed for new and existing roof surfaces where a fully bonded, seamless waterproofing finish is required. The system is supported by BBA certification and includes NHBC acceptance when installed in accordance with the relevant certification and manufacturer's guidance.

ULTRAFLEX® provides a seamless, fully bonded waterproofing solution for a wide range of applications, including flat and pitched roofs, balconies, terraces, walkways, gutters and car park decks. The system can be used with Ultraflex Matting where required, with primer and other system components selected according to the substrate and project requirements.

• Best for: Flat and pitched roofs, balconies, terraces, walkways, gutters and car park decks.
• System build-up: ULTRAFLEX® used with Ultraflex Matting where required, with suitable primers and topcoats selected according to the specified system.
• Typical substrates: Bitumen membranes, asphalt, plywood/OSB, concrete, brick and metals, subject to substrate condition, preparation and system requirements.

Ultraprime PRO Primer

Ultraprime PRO is a primer used as part of the ULTRAFLEX® system where required to improve adhesion to particular substrates and for specific applications. Primer selection should be based on the substrate condition and the manufacturer's current system requirements.

• Rough or porous concrete
• High-stress areas such as car park decks, where specified within the system
• Other substrates where the manufacturer's technical documentation requires or recommends a suitable primer

Coverage & Key Technical Information

• Coverage: Approximately 8–10 m² per drum, depending on substrate condition, application method and required system build-up.
• Shelf life: Up to 12 months when stored correctly. Always refer to the current manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet.
• Storage temperature: Typically 5°C to 35°C. Refer to the manufacturer's current technical documentation for the latest storage requirements.
