ULTRAFLEX® – BBA-Certified High-Performance Liquid Waterproofing

ULTRAFLEX® is a cold-applied, single-component polyurethane liquid waterproofing membrane designed for new and existing roof surfaces where a fully bonded, seamless finish is required. The system is supported by BBA certification and includes NHBC acceptance when installed in accordance with the relevant certification and guidance.

• Best for: flat & pitched roofs, balconies, terraces, walkways and gutters
• System build-up: ULTRAFLEX® used with Ultraflex Matting (wet-on-wet), finished with a suitable topcoat where required
• Typical substrates: bitumen membranes, asphalt, plywood/OSB, concrete, brick and metals (subject to condition and preparation)

Ultraprime PRO may be recommended to improve adhesion on certain substrates and in higher-stress applications.

Coverage & Key Technical Information

• Coverage: 1 drum typically covers 8–10 m², depending on substrate condition.
• Shelf life: up to 12 months when stored correctly (see TDS).
• Storage temperature: typically 5°C to 35°C.
