Professional Dry Rot & Masonry Treatment

Wykamol Microtech Masonry Biocide is a high-performance microemulsion concentrate developed to eradicate dry rot fungus (Serpula lacrymans) from masonry surfaces. It also provides effective control of moss, lichens, algae and other biological growths on brick, stone and concrete.

Formulated without petroleum-based solvents, VOCs or triethanolamine, this low-odour, non-corrosive treatment delivers professional-grade performance while remaining easy to apply.

Containing IPBC (3-iodo-2-propynyl-N-butyl carbamate), the formulation provides broad-spectrum action against fungal decay and surface contaminants.

One 160g sachet makes up to 25 litres of treatment solution, making it ideal for large-scale masonry remediation projects in residential and commercial properties.

Approved under HSE No. 10919 and compliant with NBS Clause C52 62.

For dry rot treatment on timber, use Microtech Dual Purpose Concentrate or Lignum Pro Gel.
