CoolTop is a white, high-reflectivity, two-component roof coating designed to reduce heat absorption on building roofs. Traditional dark roofing surfaces can absorb and retain solar heat, increasing roof and internal temperatures and potentially placing additional demand on cooling systems.
By reflecting solar radiation, CoolTop forms a flexible, continuous protective coating that helps reduce heat build-up across the roof surface. Application Overview
- Surface preparation: The substrate should be clean, sound and suitably prepared before application. Repairs and preparation should be completed as required.
- Priming: Use UltraPrime CT where required to promote adhesion and provide the specified system preparation.
- Application: CoolTop can be applied using a suitable roller or airless spray equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's application requirements.
- Coverage: Approximately 25 m² per application, subject to substrate condition, application method and required coating thickness.

UltraPrime CT is a low-viscosity, two-component, 100% solids epoxy primer developed to enhance adhesion and support the performance of CoolTop roof coating systems.
Primer selection and application should always be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's current technical documentation and the substrate requirements.
