The Visqueen Zedex CPT High Performance DPC is a 0.8mm co-polymer thermoplastic damp proof course and cavity tray system, designed to prevent rising damp, water ingress, and ground gas penetration within wall constructions.
Manufactured from a blend of thermoplastic polymers and elastomers, this flexible and durable DPC provides long-term protection in both residential and commercial buildings, including use in NHBC-regulated sites and radon-affected areas.

Installation Guidelines:
Install in accordance with BS 8215, PD 6697, and BS 8000
Lay on an even bed of wet mortar (not dry)
Ensure full wall thickness coverage including finishes
For cavity trays:
- Build-in or surface fix to inner leaf
- Use primer and butyl tape for surface fixing
Seal laps:
- Minimum 100mm overlap
- Bond using double-sided butyl tape
Use preformed units for corners and complex detailing
⚠ Do not install below 5°C
⚠ Must not be installed on dry bedded mortar
