Damp Tolerable Epoxy DPM Black – High-Performance Damp Proof Membrane

The DampSafe / NewCoat DPM is a two-part, solvent-free, epoxy-based damp-proof membrane (DPM) designed to suppress residual construction moisture and rising damp in concrete and sand/cement screeds. It is highly effective in environments where the relative humidity exceeds 85%, making it ideal for new builds and refurbishment projects.

The low-viscosity formula allows direct application onto damp substrates, enabling fast-track flooring installations. DampSafe / NewCoat DPM can be applied over cementitious screeds and concrete as early as 7 days after placement, significantly reducing project delays.
