DESMOPOL T – Transparent Polyurethane Waterproofing Membrane

DESMOPOL T is a transparent, aliphatic polyurethane waterproofing membrane designed for long-lasting protection and seamless finishes. This single-component, solvent-based liquid cures with moisture to form a solid, watertight barrier that fully adheres to the substrate without joints or overlaps. Ideal for both new builds and refurbishments, DESMOPOL T provides durable waterproofing for flat roofs, balconies, terraces, and overhangs with pedestrian use. Its high tensile strength and >200% elongation ensure flexibility and resistance to cracking, while the transparent finish preserves the appearance of underlying surfaces like ceramic tiles, natural stone, or wood.

Application & Coverage

Applied by brush or roller, DESMOPOL T achieves a minimum thickness of 1 mm (1.42 kg/m²) for optimal performance. It is supplied in 5 kg and 20 kg tins, with a 12-month shelf life when stored correctly. Not recommended for full water immersion or chemically treated areas.
