The Aluminium All-Weather Roof Coat is a solvent-based bituminous compound reinforced with high-grade aluminium paste, fillers, and fibres, designed to provide a tough, flexible, and solar-reflective finish. This high-performance coating is ideal as a final protective layer in multi-coat waterproofing systems, offering enhanced durability and weather resistance.

Application Guidelines:

Preparation & Application:

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from debris, rust, or saturated moisture.
2. For asbestos roofs:
   • Apply one coat of Bituminous Primer and allow to dry.
   • Apply one coat of All-Weather Roof Compound, followed by two coats of Aluminium All-Weather Roof Coat (1m² per litre per coat).
3. For metal roofs:
   • Remove loose rust with a metal-bristled brush and apply a rust-inhibitive treatment.
   • Apply two coats—first with All-Weather Roof Compound, followed by a topcoat of Aluminium All-Weather Roof Coat (1.5m² per litre per coat).
4. For slates or tiles:
   • Refix any loose or damaged slates/tiles securely.
   • Apply All-Weather Roofing Compound with Glass Fibre Scrim for reinforcement.

Coverage & Packaging:

• Coverage: 1.0 – 1.5m² per litre per coat, depending on surface porosity.
• Available Sizes: 5L & 25L containers.
