Aluminium All-Weather Roof Coat is a solvent-based bituminous protective coating reinforced with high-grade aluminium paste, fillers and fibres. It is formulated to provide a tough, flexible and solar-reflective finish, making it suitable as a final protective layer within multi-coat waterproofing systems.
When applied as part of a correctly prepared system, this coating delivers enhanced durability, weather resistance and heat reflectivity, helping protect roofs from environmental exposure and thermal stress.

Application Overview

General preparation:
- Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, debris, rust and saturated moisture.

Asbestos-cement roofs:
- Apply one coat of bituminous primer and allow to dry.
- Apply one coat of All-Weather Roof Compound.
- Finish with two coats of Aluminium All-Weather Roof Coat (approximately 1 m² per litre per coat).

Metal roofs:
- Remove loose rust using a metal-bristled brush.
- Apply a suitable rust-inhibitive treatment.
- Apply two coats: All-Weather Roof Compound followed by Aluminium All-Weather Roof Coat (approximately 1.5 m² per litre per coat).

Slates and tiles:
- Refix any loose or damaged units.
- Apply All-Weather Roofing Compound with glass fibre scrim reinforcement.
Coverage & Packaging
- Coverage: approximately 1.0–1.5 m² per litre per coat, depending on surface porosity.
- Pack sizes: available in 5L and 25L containers.
