Fosroc Conbextra HF High Flow Non-Shrink Cementitious Grout
Fosroc Conbextra HF is a high-flow, non-shrink cementitious grout specifically designed for free-flow grouting applications where exceptional flowability, high early strength and long-term durability are required. Suitable for gap thicknesses from 10mm to 100mm, it is ideal for large baseplates, precast concrete connections, anchoring applications and situations where access for pouring is restricted.
Supplied as a pre-blended, ready-to-use dry powder, Conbextra HF requires only the addition of clean water on site to produce a highly flowable grout that will not segregate or bleed. The advanced formulation combines Portland cement, graded fillers and performance-enhancing additives to achieve excellent strength development, controlled expansion and reliable performance in demanding structural applications.
Conforming to BS EN 1504-3 Class R4 and BS EN 1504-6 requirements, Conbextra HF is suitable for both structural repair and anchoring of reinforcing steel bars. Its pumping capability and excellent flow characteristics make it particularly suitable for large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.
