Fosroc Nitofill LV and Nitofill TH are high-performance two-component epoxy resin injection grouts designed for the structural repair of cracked concrete and masonry. Developed for crack injection applications, both products restore structural integrity by bonding cracked sections together with exceptional strength, durability and chemical resistance.

Nitofill LV is a low viscosity epoxy resin designed to penetrate and fill cracks from 0.3mm to 9mm wide, making it ideal for fine crack injection where maximum penetration is required. Nitofill TH is a thixotropic epoxy resin formulated for cracks between 0.5mm and 9mm wide and is particularly suitable for open-ended or incompletely sealed cracks where resin drainage needs to be minimised.

Both systems provide outstanding adhesion to dry and damp concrete, high compressive and tensile strength, low creep characteristics and excellent resistance to water, frost, oils, chemicals, acids and alkalis. Manufactured in accordance with BS EN 1504-5 requirements for concrete injection, they offer a professional solution for structural crack repair in commercial, industrial and civil engineering applications.
