BITUTHENE® GP Self-Adhesive Waterproof Membrane
BITUTHENE® GP is a high-performance self-adhesive rubber bitumen waterproof membrane designed to provide reliable below-ground waterproofing for low-risk applications. Manufactured from a durable high-density polyethylene (HDPE) carrier bonded to a flexible rubber/bitumen adhesive layer, it creates a continuous waterproof barrier that protects concrete and masonry structures from moisture ingress and hydrostatic pressure up to 1 metre. The cold-applied system eliminates the need for naked flames or torch-on equipment, making installation faster, safer and more convenient on site.
Ideal for foundations, retaining walls, basement walls and other below-ground structures, BITUTHENE® GP offers excellent flexibility to accommodate minor settlement and shrinkage while maintaining a durable waterproof seal. The membrane is fully compatible with BITUTHENE® LM detailing compound, Primer B1, Protection 03 boards and HYDRODUCT® drainage systems, creating a complete waterproofing solution for residential and commercial construction projects.
