E280 GRP Expansion Trim – Decorative & Functional Expansion Joint Cover

The E280 GRP Expansion Trim is specially designed for use over expansion gaps in large flat roof decks or to simulate the look of a traditional lead mop roll. It provides a neat, durable solution for structural movement while maintaining a seamless and weatherproof finish. Ideal for GRP roofs over 50m², where expansion is necessary to prevent cracking.

This high-performance Glass Reinforced Polyester trim is part of a fully integrated GRP flat roofing system, suitable for all types of domestic and commercial applications. It works across a variety of flat and vertical surfaces to deliver all-weather, long-lasting protection.

Installation Guide:

Use a 25mm expansion gap in the roof decking
Apply PU trim adhesive in 30mm beads at 300mm centres
Pin trim over gap before laying GRP matting and resin
