Overview
HydraFlex Tanking Slurry is a high-performance two-component waterproofing system designed to protect concrete and masonry surfaces from water ingress.
The system combines a cementitious powder with a high-performance polymer liquid to create a flexible waterproof membrane that forms a seamless protective barrier when applied to suitable substrates.
HydraFlex is capable of resisting significant hydrostatic pressure and provides long-term waterproof protection for below-ground structures and exposed masonry.
Its flexible formulation allows the membrane to bridge small cracks and accommodate minor substrate movement while maintaining a watertight seal.

Application Guidelines
Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, sound and free from dust, grease, oils or other contaminants. Remove loose material and repair defects before application.
Uneven surfaces may be levelled using suitable repair mortars prior to applying HydraFlex.
Mixing
Gradually add the cementitious powder to the polymer liquid while mixing continuously until a smooth slurry is achieved.
If required, up to 0.5 litres of clean water may be added to adjust the consistency.
Application
- Apply the first coat at approximately 1–1.5mm thickness.
- Ensure complete surface coverage.
- Allow the first coat to cure before applying the second coat.
- Apply the second coat to achieve a total thickness of approximately 2mm.
Curing
Protect freshly applied material from direct sunlight, strong winds and rapid drying for at least 48 hours to allow proper curing.
