Advanced Waterproofing with 7 Bar Water Resistance Pressure
HydraFlex Tanking Slurry is a two-component, flexible waterproofing membrane designed to provide permanent protection for concrete and masonry surfaces. Comprising a cementitious powder and a high-concentration liquid polymer, HydraFlex creates a seamless, watertight barrier that effectively resists hydrostatic pressure up to 7 bar. Its high elasticity and crack-bridging properties ensure long-term durability, even in challenging conditions.

Technical Information:
- Water Pressure Resistance: Rated up to 7 bar.
- Mixing Ratio: 15kg cementitious powder + 5kg polymer liquid (total 20kg mixture).
- Coverage: Approx. 6m² per 20kg unit at 2mm thickness.
- Application Methods: Trowel, brush, or roller.
- Pot Life: Approx. 40 minutes after mixing.
- Curing Time: 48 hours (protect from direct sunlight and drying winds).
- Storage: Cool, dry conditions; avoid moisture and frost exposure.
- Shelf Life: 6 months (unopened & stored correctly).
Application Guidelines:
- Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Remove loose material, grease, and organic growth. Treat cracks and apply Wykamol Universal Mortar for leveling if needed.
- Mixing: Gradually add the cementitious powder to the liquid polymer, stirring continuously until a smooth, lump-free slurry is formed. If necessary, add up to 0.5L of clean water for consistency.

Application:
- Apply the first coat at 1–1.5mm thickness, ensuring full surface coverage.
- Allow to cure before applying the second coat to achieve a total 2mm thickness.
- Curing: Protect the freshly applied surface from direct sunlight and strong winds for at least 48 hours to ensure proper curing.
- Overcoating: Once fully cured, HydraFlex can be overcoated with Wykamol Renovation Plaster after 48–72 hours.
