Newton HydroBond 403 Plus – High-Performance Self-Healing Waterproofing Membrane

Newton HydroBond 403 Plus is a BDA-approved, NHBC-accepted Type A waterproofing membrane featuring a self-healing hydrophilic polymer coating and an inner locking fleece. Designed for below-ground structures, it provides long-term waterproof protection while its gas barrier variant resists radon, carbon dioxide, and hydrocarbons.

This membrane creates a complete waterproof envelope around structures, delivering Type A (barrier) waterproofing suitable for Grades 1, 2, and 3 as defined by BS 8102:2022. It is ideal for applications ranging from domestic basements to large civil engineering projects and integrates seamlessly with Newton HydroBond 108-LM or HydroBond 109-LM for comprehensive protection.

Correctly installed and protected, the Newton HydroBond System provides a durable waterproof barrier for the lifetime of the building (minimum 60 years), as certified by BDA Agrément Certificate BAB 16-031/03/A and accepted by NHBC.
