MAPEFLOOR CPU+/RT – High-Performance PU-Cement Screed (6–9 mm)
MAPEFLOOR CPU+/RT is a trowel-applied, polyurethane-cement mortar engineered for heavy-duty industrial floors. Installed at 6 or 9 mm, it delivers a non-slip, microbe-resistant, and easy-to-sanitise surface with outstanding chemical, mechanical, and thermal-shock resistance. Depending on thickness, it withstands exposure from –40°C up to +120°C (operating –20°C to +100°C), enabling reliable performance in hot-wash, steam-cleaned, chilled, and freezer areas.
Certified for low emissions (Indoor Air Comfort Gold), compliant with EN 13813, and suitable for HACCP environments, CPU+/RT is ideal for food & beverage production, pharmaceuticals, commercial kitchens, and logistics spaces requiring rapid return to service and long-term durability.

Where to Use
Food processing (meat/fish/dairy, canning, sugar), beverage plants, wineries, pharma/chemical, industrial kitchens, wet or dry production, cold stores and freezers, warehouses & logistics.
Colours
Use with Mapecolor CPU+ pigments: grey, beige, red, green, ochre, blue, orange.
Application
Trowel or squeegee with depth guides; roll finish as specified. Primer typically not required; consult Mapefloor CPU+/Primer for pore sealing where needed. Substrate must be sound, dry, and properly prepared (shot-blast/mill).
