Mapefloor Finish 451

Mapefloor Finish 451 is a Two-component, Aliphatic, Coloured Polyurethane Finish

Designed for high-performance protection and flexibility. With excellent UV resistance, elasticity, and abrasion resistance, it's ideal for surfaces subject to sunlight, mechanical stress, and foot traffic.

Perfect as a topcoat for epoxy flooring systems, Mapefloor Finish 451 delivers a durable, coloured finish that resists wear, deformation, and weathering—making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

• Mixing Ratio: Component A : Component B = 7 : 3

• Colour: Coloured (custom colours available – contact for details)

• Viscosity: 1,500 ± 200 mPa·s (rotor 4 - 50 rpm)

• Pot Life at +23°C: 40 minutes

• Dust Dry Time: 90 minutes (at 150 microns on glass)

• Foot Traffic Ready: 24 hours

• Fully Cured: 3 days

• Tear Strength: 97 N/mm

• Tensile Strength: 12.2 N/mm²

• Shore A Hardness: 85

• Taber Abrasion (CS17, 1kg, 1,000 revs): 150
