MAPEGROUT EASY FLOW – Fibre-Reinforced, Sulphate-Resistant Thixotropic Mortar for Concrete Repair
MAPEGROUT EASY FLOW is a one-component, fibre-reinforced, compensated-shrinkage, sulphate-resistant thixotropic mortar, designed for repairing deteriorated concrete structures. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring easy pumping over long distances or at elevated positions, making it ideal for repairs in tunnels, viaducts, road and railway tunnels, prefabricated structures, hydraulic works, and more.

Applications:
-
Repair of concrete structures such as viaduct piles, bearing walls in tunnels, and prefabricated elements.
-
Suitable for hydraulic works, including canals, dams, spillways, and basins.
-
Concrete structures deteriorated by sulphate salts in water or the ground.
-
Repairs in elevated or hard-to-reach positions, including by spraying.
Advantages:
-
Easy pumping: Ideal for long-distance or high-elevation applications.
-
Sulphate-resistant: Suitable for structures exposed to sulphate salts.
-
Expansive properties: Add 0.25% Mapecure SRA curing agent for enhanced curing in open-air environments.
-
High workability: Can be applied by spraying or trowel on vertical surfaces without formwork.
-
Maximum thickness: Up to 35 mm per layer.
Usage Instructions:
-
Add 0.25% of Mapecure SRA to optimize expansive properties during curing, or use without if climatic conditions permit proper curing.
-
Consumption: 18.5 kg/m² per cm of thickness.
