MAPEFLOOR I 500 W is a high-performance, two-component epoxy formulation in water dispersion designed for vapour-permeable, industrial flooring applications. With a neutral base colour, it can be custom tinted using MAPECOLOR PASTE, making it ideal for environments requiring both durability and visual flexibility.
Engineered for industrial-grade performance, MAPEFLOOR I 500 W is easy to apply with a notched or smooth trowel or rake. It provides exceptional abrasion resistance, as confirmed by a Taber test result of 110 mg after 7 days. Its pot life of 20 minutes and dust-dry time of just 3–4 hours allow for efficient installation schedules, while full hardening is achieved in 7 days.
This vapour-permeable system is ideal for applications where moisture regulation and long-term surface protection are essential—such as warehouses, production facilities, and mechanical rooms. It supports both smooth self-levelling applications and multi-layered non-slip systems, offering tailored functionality depending on project requirements.
