Mapei Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 is a fibre-reinforced, self-levelling smoothing compound designed for the renovation of existing internal floors. Suitable for use over old screeds, tiles, timber, and more, it provides a smooth, level base ready to receive all kinds of flooring finishes.

This fast-setting screed is walkable in just hours and can be applied in thicknesses from 3 to 40 mm in a single application—ideal for time-sensitive refurbishments and uneven surfaces.
