The Newton CDM 508 Membrane is a BBA-certified cavity drain waterproofing solution designed for basements, cellars, vaults, tunnels, and below-ground structures. Engineered for long-term moisture and gas protection, this Type C maintainable system meets BS 8102:2022 standards and is independently certified as a barrier to radon, methane, and hydrocarbon gases.
📜 Certified Durability – Supported by BBA Certification (94/3010), it is guaranteed for 30 years with a life expectancy of over 50 years (DIN 9001:2000).
