PLANITOP 100 – Quick-Setting Fine Mortar for Concrete and Render Repair

PLANITOP 100 is a quick-setting, light-grey coloured fine mortar designed for repairing and smoothing concrete and render surfaces. It is ideal for filling porous or chipped cement-based surfaces and is perfect for small repairs and finishing tasks in various concrete applications.

Where to Use:

• Repairing and finishing porous or chipped cement-based surfaces.

• Evening out surface imperfections in prefabricated concrete, including interlocking panels, beams, and pillars.

• Finishing cement renders or lime-cement mortar before painting with the Elastocolor range of products.

• Small repairs to precast concrete sections that were damaged during transportation or handling.

• Rapid finishing of concrete facings repaired with Mapegrout range products.

Application Examples:

• Smoothing surface imperfections in precast concrete and cement-based surfaces.

• Repairing minor damages in cement renders and mortar before painting.

• Small repairs to damaged precast concrete elements.

• Quick repairs for surfaces repaired with Mapegrout products.

Recommendations:

• Do not use for large surface repairs (use Mapegrout products for larger areas).

• Do not add lime, cement, or gypsum to the mix.

• Do not add water to a mix that has already begun to set.

• Use only in temperatures above +5°C.
